In 1999, Diversified Geophysics, Inc. (DGI) began as an in-house locating division of our sister company Aquifer Drilling & Testing, Inc. Our primary responsibilities were to clear areas of interest for the potential presence of utilities, structures, obstructions, or UST's, prior to advancing borings for environmental and geotechnical investigations. We took the knowledge and experience gained during these years working within the drilling arena, and began to accept projects from outside clientele in early 2008.
Currently, we offer a full array of geohphysical investigatory services that extend beyond the environmental and geotechnical communities to engineers, architects and construction managers. From utiltiy clearance and markout prior to invasive construction activities, to reinforcement bar mapping; tank and drum locating or large-scale reconaissance surveys, DGI can design or tailor any subsurface geophysical investigation to your needs.
