Reinforcement Bar Locating

DGI uses GPR technology to locate re-bar, both in the field during large reconnaisance surveys and indoors in limited access locations. The Noggin^Plus™ 250MHz unit is used to locate re-bar in accessible areas where concrete thickness may approach eight feet. Real-time returns are displayed as profile views, and re-bar spacing is easily measured. In limitied access areas, or where concrete thickness is less than 18 inches, real-time high resolution plan views can reveal re-bar (or pre and post tension cable) using the Conquest™ 1000MHz GPR system.
